** Please note peak periods will incur slight delays in order dispatching. COVID-19 may impact delivery times and delay orders according to cities in lockdown within Australia. There are also possible delays on international orders due to COVID-19. PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be processed on the business day following your order & payment confirmation. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and contact details at the time of order to ensure that you receive your package.
All orders are shipped out from our studio in, Brisbane QLD, Australia.
- All orders placed before 5pm AEDT Monday – Friday are dispatched on the next business day.
- We will notify you when your beautiful pieces have been packed & shipped with a tracking number.
NOTE: If you are within the Brisbane region & urgently in need of your ILEANA piece; please contact us to arrange a drop off.
ORDER CHANGES
If you notice an error or require any changes to order details (incorrect address & sizing/colour) after submitting your order, please email Customer Service immediately to notify us of any changes and to ensure the changes can be applied prior to dispatching of order.
If your order has already been processed, ILEANA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered, however our usual returns process is available. ILEANA cannot accept responsibility for lost packages if the incorrect address is provided.
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Shipments rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In such instance, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
ILEANA also reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
TAXES & DUTIES
We are not responsible for possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of destination. The reponsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.
