Growing up, I often drew inspiration from my mother; a woman who loved dressing in linens and cottons suited to Sri Lanka’s island warmth. She always chose pieces that were comfortable yet full of quiet details that reflected her effortless sense of style. As I got older, I found myself borrowing her clothes; timeless pieces that carried her spirit and stories. Ileana is a tribute to that feeling: clothing that’s comfortable yet refined, designed to be loved, lived in, and passed down from mother to daughter, sister to sister, friend to friend.
Each piece is designed in our Brisbane studio with deep care and intention. I create with the Ileana woman in mind; grounded, confident, and graceful, someone who feels most beautiful in her natural ease. Our collections are small, considered, and made to last; crafted only in the quantities we need, so nothing goes to waste.
