PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be processed on the business day following your order & payment confirmation. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and contact details at the time of order to ensure that you receive your package.

All orders are shipped out from our studio in, Brisbane QLD, Australia. 

  • All orders placed before 11am AEDT Monday – Friday are dispatched on the same day.
  • All orders placed after 11am AEDT Monday – Friday will be dispatched the following business day
  • We will notify you when your beautiful pieces have been packed & shipped with a tracking number.
ORDER CHANGES

If you notice an error or require any changes to order details (incorrect address & sizing/colour) after submitting your order, please email Customer Service  immediately to notify us of any changes and to ensure the changes can be applied prior to dispatching of order.

If your order has already been processed, ILEANA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered, however our usual returns process is available. ILEANA cannot accept responsibility for lost packages if the incorrect address is provided.

Shipments rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In such instance, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

ILEANA also reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

TAXES & DUTIES

We are not responsible for possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of destination. The reponsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.

RETURNS

At Ileana, we want you feeling & looking your best. Therefore, you may return for an exchange or store credit on unworn, unwashed, or altered purchased Ileana items with original tags attached and an original receipt.

FAULTY ITEM?

We strive on ensuring high quality standards are met on all Ileana products. However, if you purchase a product that is faulty, we will replace your item or provide a refund as long as the garment has not been misused and the care instructions have been followed. Claims must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email us at info@ileanathelabel.com

Please note that refunds will only be issued if the garment is found to be faulty. Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either an exchange or store credit with proof of purchase. No refunds or exchange on sale items are offered unless faulty or required by law.

Please contact us via the contact form or email info@ileanathelabel.com to inform us of your intention to return an item. Once received, we will send out your new item (in the case of an exchange) or issue a store credit.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale goods. This includes sample sale pieces. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. No credit note will be provided for sale items.
